Who we are

BuzzShine Co., Ltd. (Seoul, South Korea) runs this website. You can reach us at howdy@buzzshine.co.kr.

What we collect

• The contact form. Your name, email, company, topic, budget range and message. We use them only to reply to you about your enquiry.
• Job applications. When you apply by email, we receive what you send, such as your name, email and portfolio links. We use it only to assess your application.
• Basic server logs. Our hosting provider briefly records technical details such as your IP address, to deliver the site and stop abuse.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we may use it

We use your details to answer a request you made, or to take steps you asked for before a contract (Korean PIPA Article 15(1)4; EU and UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We keep server logs for our legitimate interest in running a secure site (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Who handles it for us

• Google Cloud and Firebase (website hosting, and the form's server in Seoul)
• Resend (delivers the form to our inbox, United States)
• Zoho Mail (our email inbox)

Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. They act only on our instructions and under data protection terms.

How long we keep it

The form does not store your message on our servers; it is emailed to us. We keep enquiries and applications in our inbox for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless we start working together.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing howdy@buzzshine.co.kr. We reply within 10 days. You can also complain to Korea's Personal Information Protection Commission or your local data protection authority.
